A much needed relief and balance

Can I just share how ME Time has helped me physically
I was struggling with constipation and my periods were regular as far as on time but spotty. I was having hot flashes. Well since using Me Time as part of my daily self care routine, I have not had a hot flash, constipation has stopped and my cycle is happening like normal. I am perimenopausal , a MS Warrior and have uterine fibroids. I have been drinking my ME Time tea for two weeks. Next on my agenda Morning Ritual can't wait to document how that blend is benefiting my body.
